Event training is a unique aspect of our company that couldn’t be possible without our planning team. Our team consists of Engineers, Planners, Designers and Social experts. We work together with you to build your event to its max capacity and profitability.

We train you to see issue that can occur in the event as well as build your “problems” in front of you so we can head on any issues that can arise. This can extend from poor weather conditions to facility problems.

Analysis. Breakdown. Growth.

We analysis the prospect thoroughly in primary and secondary methods. We like to have at least 100 hours of analyses on a player to see the strengths and weakness. We divide our players into the right stream for their elite production.

In 2010 we acquired a Shooting Guard from Texas who was looking to take the next steps into his future career. Throughout the last year we tracked the player jumping from team to team and it was unsettling seeing a player being moved that much not being able to find a home. We were able to analyze his game and break it down to its raw form to instill a new game style that now has changes this player’s career. From jumping from team to team to now being able to sign multiple 2 year contracts with ease.

Maintenance of any event is very useful to growing the business that you call your own. The difference between Training and Maintenance is that training is PRE event and maintenance is DURING or even on rare occasions POST event. The reason we do this is to be in the moment, to have that feel for the event, to be in front of the action first hand.

We work with a grading system and picture/video analysis that really gets down to the underbelly of each project. Seeing an event first hand is something that not a lot of planners are able to do but we like to survey the event and really help you on a person to person level.

Many companies will get in, give you a speech, and ultimately leave the event, we like to get through the whole event and make sure it grows to your foremost vision. We give you an extensive report filled with information that will help you in the future.
